By downloading and installing the OpifexHQ desktop application you receive a license to use it in your business for as long as your subscription is active. You may not copy it, sell it, or take it apart.
By installing the OpifexHQ desktop application ("Software") you accept this license from the business operating OpifexHQ (full details will be posted here before online sales open). You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your company's computers, for as many users as your subscription's active seats, solely for your internal business purposes.
Not allowed: copying (beyond a backup copy), distributing, reselling or sub-licensing the Software; modifying it or creating derivative works; decompiling or reverse engineering, except where mandatory law expressly permits it (e.g. interoperability under Directive 2009/24/EC); removing intellectual-property notices.
The Software requires signing in to an OpifexHQ account with an active subscription. When the subscription ends or is terminated, the license ends and you must uninstall the Software. Access to your data is governed by the Terms of Service (§7).
CAD features require SolidWorks installed under your own valid license. SolidWorks is a trademark of Dassault Systèmes; OpifexHQ is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Dassault Systèmes.
The Software may receive updates with fixes and new features. If you choose to send a problem report, technical log files are transmitted for diagnosis — see the Privacy Policy.
The Software is provided "as is". The liability limitations of the Terms of Service (§11) apply — including that final verification of drawings and parts remains your responsibility.
This license is governed by Greek law. The Terms of Service otherwise apply.
